WP3 - Meta-data research and front-end emulation framework
The aim of this work package is to specify and implement the front-end of the emulation framework; and the meta-data architecture without which the KEEP project cannot function.
This front-end is responsible for displaying the object to be selected together with its accompanying meta-data which is kept in a database. This front-end must allow an object selected for processing to be transferred to the core emulation framework as put forward in WP2 so that it can be rendered. The meta-data architecture is essentially for not only enabling this process to occur, but future-proofing the KEEP project. It is also critical for extensibility and further expansion of KEEP clients across Europe.
