WP7 - Programme Management and Coordination
The aim of this work package is to manage and coordinate the work across the whole of the KEEP Project, including maintaining relations with the European Commission.
WP7 will optimise the project performance, ensure that the project meets its objectives and produces the agreed deliverables.
This WP will also manage overall project finances.
Finally, it will analyse the IP rights and the exploitation plan.
